Healing With Horses | 6-Week Therapy Series
You don't have to talk about your feelings for this to work.
Horses are honest. They can sense when you're stressed, shut down, or carrying something heavy, even when you can't find the words for it. A lot of people who find their way here have been through something hard. Something that left a mark. And they've found that being with horses reaches places that words alone never could.
In this group, you'll meet with the group facilitators and a small group of participants every Friday morning, and together, you'll spend an hour and a half outside, alongside real therapy horses. No couch. No clipboard. Just you, the horses, some gentle creative activities, and a safe space to breathe and feel a little more like yourself.
No experience with horses needed. No experience with therapy needed. You just have to show up.
Each session, you might:
Spend time with the horses, walking with them, brushing them, just being near them
Try a simple creative activity like drawing, writing, or using objects to express how you're feeling
Talk as much or as little as you want, there's no pressure
Sit with others who are also going through something, and find out you're not alone
It's different every week, and it moves at your pace.
This group is a good fit if you:
Are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, big life changes, or just feeling stuck
Have been curious about therapy, but aren't sure where to start
Feel like talking alone hasn't been enough
Want to get out of your head and into something real
Are looking for connection with people who get it
You don't have to have it figured out before you come.
