This body-based, trauma-informed group supports anyone ages 18+ in healing early attachment wounds and developmental trauma through symbolic reparenting.
Each session uses structured, somatic techniques drawn from Psychomotor Therapy — a therapeutic approach sometimes called somatic psychodrama. Participants engage in ritualized group processes that respond to unmet childhood needs through guided visualization, movement, and role-based witnessing, creating new inner experiences of care, safety, and attunement.
Led by trained therapists Henry (Hentree) Bernard, AMFT, and Sara Eberlein, APCC
