Wonder Women Wednesday is an 8-week, small-group therapy experience designed to support women navigating the transitions, challenges, and possibilities of midlife. Through meaningful reflection, authentic connection, and intentional exploration, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves and discover what this next chapter of life might hold.
Midlife can bring significant changes in identity, relationships, roles, and priorities. This group offers a supportive, therapeutic space to honor what has shifted, reconnect with your body, cultivate a sense of belonging, and rediscover the curiosity, playfulness, and possibility that may have been set aside along the way.
