By submitting your administrative fee you are agreeing to the following terms: I understand that the $25 administrative fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of my volunteer application, and I agree to submit payment via the method selected above. I also understand that a $200 annual donation is required to join the Volunteer Program, and will be collected at the time I sign my Volunteer Contract following the successful completion of Formal Training.
